Central Georgia Technical College Building “G” Extension

Middle Georgia Technical College’s Building “G” Extension is a 22,000 square-foot, technologically advanced facility constructed on the Warner Robins, GA campus. It serves as a multi-functional facility for academics and recreation while also serving Houston County as a conference center and voting poll.
The facility includes 5 large classrooms, all which are constructed with capabilities for multimedia, audio-video, smart boards and internet access. There are also 3 administrative offices, a ticket sales room including a built-in transaction window complete with a cash drawer, a fully functional exercise room and a fitness training room along with an internet café located near the lobby and concession area.
As part of the 9,000 square-foot gymnasium, construction included a state-of-the-art collegiate style basketball court including motorized bleachers, electronic scoreboard and removable basketball goals. The gymnasium, which seats over 1,000, has the ability to host major student, alumni and faculty events including graduation ceremonies and conferences.
The gymnasium is supported functionally by the men’s and women’s locker rooms and separate bathroom facilities located within the building. In addition, the facility also includes a data/telephone room, official’s dressing room, men’s and women’s dressing rooms and other support areas.
