This 2,000 square feet facility was constructed with an insulated concrete foundation and slab, hot-dipped galvanized heavy steel frame, insulated metal roof and wall panels, and an EPDM roofing system.

The interior space had chemically resistant and treated finishes for all surfaces for easy cleanup and maintenance. The main facility was insulated to maintain a constant operational temperature of 50 degrees and a 500 square feet freezer capable of maintaining a constant 13 degrees operational temperature.

This facility also had a 25,000 8” thick, reinforced, concrete loading dock and pad for ease of access for the Owner’s vehicles as well as electrical docking stations for the freezer trucks for nightly storage.
