The Houston County Environmental Health Department building is a 1 story; 7,000 square foot office building. The building is constructed using a slab-on-grade for the foundation; load bearing wood stud walls and wood roof trusses. The exterior of the building includes brick veneer, manufactured stone and cement stucco. The interior of the building consists of a large reception/lobby area, break room, environmental engineer office, file storage, field instrument storage, several offices, men’s and women’s bathrooms and a large conference room.
