In 2020, ICB embarked on an impressive feat, augmenting the existing 52,674 square foot Assisted Living Center in Warner Robins, Georgia with a 33,084 square foot addition. Our comprehensive services extended to both pre-construction and construction phases. Pre-construction services encompassed meticulous Value Engineering, Constructability Reviews, Budgeting, and Schedule Management. The scope of this project encompassed a multifaceted 1-story addition, seamlessly integrating demolition, site utilities, and site modifications alongside the construction of 33,084 +/- SF. This transformation also involved renovations to the existing facility, all while maintaining uninterrupted operations.

Within the new construction, a realm of essential spaces unfolded: Residence Rooms, a Vestibule, Medical Supply Room, Nurses Station, Housekeeping facilities, a Sitting Room, Laundry, Mechanical infrastructure, and Administrative Offices and Restrooms. The structural foundation includes Concrete Foundation and Slab-on-Grade, supported by Load-Bearing Wood Wall Framing, Roof Trusses, and Wood Decking. The facility’s exterior aesthetics were meticulously curated with a Fluid-Applied Weather Barrier, Brick Veneer, Concrete Hardi-Siding/Trim, Shingle Roofing, and a Modified Bitumen Roofing System, enveloped by thoughtful Landscaping and other elements. Internally, a tapestry of quality unfolds with Wood Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Architectural Cabinetry & Casework, Architectural Trim, Wall Protection Systems, Decorative Doors, Carpet, Tile, Resilient Flooring, Specialties, and other premium finishes.
