The 32,000 square foot building, with its curved glass walls, sits on an 8 acre site at the very gateway to Warner Robins, Georgia. Our team constructed it to house the most modern technology including state-of-the-art communication systems, audio-video conferencing, smart boards and wireless technology.

Functioning as the member service center, the facility includes a public lobby, several large conference rooms, a board room, administrative offices, a fully equipped exercise room, a call center, and a 3,000 square foot training area that can be used for conferences and community events.

As part of the exterior use, we also constructed a five bay covered drive-thru that is fully-automated and is designed to remain operational during emergencies having many redundant systems built-in including the HVAC and electrical systems.

We are particularly proud of the north lobby’s multi-colored terrazzo floors, where we applied brick with inlaid stone accents and a magnificent atrium.
