This remarkable edifice boasts a robust construction, featuring a concrete foundation, wood-framed walls seamlessly integrated with a structural steel frame, and pre-engineered wood roof trusses. Its exterior exudes elegance, adorned with masonry veneer complemented by tasteful cement stucco accents. The roof harmoniously blends architectural style shingles with a standing seam architectural metal system. Notably, graceful round columns grace the front entry, adding to its grandeur.
