Warner Robins, Georgia

Project Details

Nestled beside Middle Georgia State College on Watson Boulevard, the Nola Brantley Memorial Library stands as a beacon of modernity following a meticulous 1-story, 25,516 square-foot renovation and addition. This state-of-the-art facility embodies sophistication, featuring comprehensive exterior and interior transformations, including extensions of 6,516 square feet on both the north and south elevations.
The exterior overhaul redefines the library’s aesthetic appeal. With new storefront glass systems, elegant brick veneer complemented by cast stone, tasteful stucco accents, revamped sidewalks, parking lot enhancements, and meticulous landscaping, the library now stands as a true architectural marvel.
Inside, a classic “arts and crafts” ambiance welcomes visitors. The library’s interior has been thoughtfully reimagined, creating inviting reading areas, reference and general collections stacks, dedicated spaces for children and teenagers, a versatile conference room, and a captivating history section.
The project didn’t stop at aesthetics; extensive upgrades were carried out on the electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. This comprehensive overhaul included the integration of both new and existing equipment, all seamlessly controlled to ensure optimal functionality.
The Nola Brantley Memorial Library’s transformation is a testament to our enduring commitment to excellence, blending modernity with classic charm to create an educational oasis for the community. On-time, on-budget, and surpassing quality expectations, this endeavor stands as a resounding success.
